Planning a wedding is a huge task

One can get lost in the fantasy, the details, and even other people's expectations. So it is really important to sort out what you and you partner need and want to happen with your wedding.

Unless one is a millionaire, most people need to compromise. But this does not mean you need to miss out on the things that are really important to you.

Times have changed. Many couples have lived together and approach their wedding with a house already furnished with what is needed for day to day living.

So presents may not be as important as they were in the past.

And given how work and travel can mean family and friends who are important may actually live at some distance from us, the presence of these people may be a high priority.

So today many couples tend to plan their wedding weekend rather than wedding day.

And country locations may be a great place to bring everyone together.
There is accommodation and other facilities to suit every budget. And exploring all your options can open up possibilities you have not had a chance to think about.

Here are some steps to help you plan together.
